Product Review: Disappointing Quality and Warranty Experience

I recently purchased this product and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite negative. Within just a few days of use, I could feel nails poking through the seat, making it extremely uncomfortable and raising concerns about overall safety and manufacturing quality.
