Miniature AHU is a germicidal product, well known in the medical industry for more than a decade. Our sterilizers are made with a patented technology to effectively remove bacteria, viruses, pollen, mold spores, dust mites, pet dander. This clinically proven technology effectively purifies 99.97% of the air and makes it breathable. The product has a unique 5-Step filtration system where the smallest of the bacteria and viruses are destroyed. After which the air is made to pass through UV tubes arranged in a mathematically designed reflective chamber which ensures fresh and clean air. No Remedy or Treatment Can Be Effective Until the Source Has Been Eliminated Filter changing procedure : As Alpha Miniature AHU is filtration based system, it requires periodical replacement of filters to operate efficiently. Recommended changing period is after every one year. Although, this period may very depending on various factors, like quality of air inside the room, traffic in the room, usages etc.Change of filters is also very easy and requires no skilled personnel to do it. All the filters are made cassette type that removal and replacement very convenient. Working of Filters : Pre Filter : Uniquely designed filter of 5 micron non woven poly material to trap bigger size particles from the dust, bacteria, and mold spores to name a few. High Voltage Filter : To control dust below 0.3 micron. Heavy electrostatic force is generated when air passes through this unit Particles gets charged and attracted towards the zero plate. They are precipitated there. When CO2 (from air) comes in this unit due to high voltage and high electrostatic force, carbon is split from oxygen and deposited on the zero plate & Oxygen is released free. Thus the air with more Oxygen. Ultra Violet Tube: There is a germicidal grade (256 nanometer) Ultra violet tube attracts and kill all micro-organisms. It also ensure the inside air in sterilizer remain sterile all the time. Its radiation is completely sealed inside. No radiation comes out of the machine. Activated Carbon Filter: Activated carbon is very good absorbent of moisture. Thus reducing the growth of fungus, this is very harmful. Special grade material absorbs the bad odour from air. Hepa Filter : It is High Efficiency Particulate filter is of 0.3 micron. This is very efficient filter in trapping smallest of the micro-organisms. There are no micro-organisms smaller than 0.5 micron.
