Quality and size of vitamin e is very sufficient

No effect after taking,felt unusual and felt like acne increased not sure with this but i personally didn't like this brand vitamin c and vitamin e ,also vitamin e associated with prostate cancer so if not required or suggested don't take vitamin e. personally I don't recommend this brand vitamin e especially if acne prone skin as my skin type same thank you
