Watch have metal frame and metal buckle. Strap is very smooth and flexible.
Unfortunately watch have only 7 sport mode i.e. walking, running, cycling, skipping, badminton, basketball, football, swimming.
It's not a fitness watch. For fitness purpose go for other smartwatch.
