yes that is what these speakers brought to me. those of you are fans if country rock/jazz/blues are simply gonna love this small piece of soundsystem. its only on the high notes/bass/volumes does the speakers show that they cost 700Rs..apart fromt hat they surely area bang for the buck, much better than the Lenovo speakers costings 5ooRs. Good for the money. Does the job.. quality of music is pretty decent. It's the thing you're looking for if you like to carry your speakers with you. Very Compact. Very usable. Unlike the others who've reviewed the product, i didn't find anything wrong with the bass. It plays all genres pretty well.

The downside, the only thing that really got to me is the volume. Try maxing it out, it'll distort, and how. So you won't have the opportunity of filling your ears and room with music, a thing I'd...

For the cost, it sure does well. It has a seperate power button at the back and a volume control button. The LED in the front is a bit bright when the speaker is kept facing the user. Could have been kept on the top to avoid the constant glow in the face. As far as the sound goes, like the other altec products, the mid and the high tones are awesome while its a bit low on the bass. but, for a USB speaker, it is far better than other products in its category.

Self have alreday previewed these speakers. These speakers are are very good. Crystal clear sound easy setup and versatile hadling. Hope play from mobile through 3.5 Jack using USB type power charger to power speakers apart from laptop. Very great flipkart service.

Its certainly form over function. I read few reviews here and elsewhere to buy this. The bass is too high and all kinds of music and spoken word doesn't sound great at all. It connected very easily to my Mac. And it works out of the box.

Flipkart also delivered on time as per their promise. But Altec hasn't lived up to their promise. I would recommend this only for someone who is looking for a speaker that can be used while on skype or any kind of chat. not ideal for music.

These speakers are so loud (at max setting) that I can hear them from the next floor below me. The bass is pumping. They have no airy sound. They sound beautiful. Better find them before they run out because these are way too cheap for what they should really be worth..

If you have a laptop, i recommend getting theses. Not hard to set up, just plug in the usb and 3.5 headphone jack. No need for an AC adaptor.

I got delivered this speakers on 08-03-2012 | 05:43 PM, i'm extreamilly disappointed by it'z overall performance. Whn i saw the item in flipkart n it'z review i expected certain amount of quality n performance, unfortunately it doesn't meet both.
