Not good

The very first one I bought was too bad and when I asked fr replacement they gave me a genuine one ...and quality of sound of the replaced item was extra superb ... After that around one week 23/11/2016 before I ordered two more for ma who had experienced ma headset quality... The history repeated again ... The two headsets which I received was way below par... Whats this suppliers thinking they can send whatever fake or de- quality items once the item has been hit... Ma request to the suppli...
