Summary of the Book

Imagine someone else, who looks just like you, trying to take your place in the world. Well, this is exactly what is happening with Monty. Monty has gone to live with his Uncle who is always busy in his laboratory. He starts attending his new school and strange things begin to happen. First, his teacher gets annoyed with him because, according to her, he is asking her the same question he asked her the previous week. The problem is, Monty was not in town that week. Then, his friend Ashley claims that she saw him making a mess in the art room. He points out that he was in the science class that whole time and that it was not him. He eventually realizes that something is wrong. There is someone trying to live Monty’s life and destroy it. Someone who looks exactly like Monty, but is not him.
