Produced and directed by Manmohan Desai, Amar Akbar Anthony is a Hindi action comedy-drama film that stars 3-time National Film Award-winning Bollywood icon, Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Khanna, National Film Award-winner Rishi Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and a few others. Amar Akbar Anthony tells the tale of three brothers who are orphaned during their infancy and left in a park by their father. The three brothers are adopted by different parents and are raised Hindu, Muslim and Christian, respectively. Eventually, a twist of fate brings the separated brothers together and the three unite to embark on an epic adventure without being aware that they are blood relatives.
