It is a good product but the data cable supplied by the company gets defective in just few weeks of usage. So, if you go for it be sure that you have an extra data cable to use with it. The customer service as well as the relevance of information is perfect so have trust and go for the brand with open eyes.

Good product but the ports must have been in front so it would have been easy to use.. And the power bank capacity also seems like 10000mah not 13000..

Good and reliable product. Charges my moto g4 plus (3000mAh) 4 times. and only thing im not satisfied is its usb cable. Its flat cable is hard and not tangle free. Production team should fix this. Fortunately i have sony Ericsson usb cable :-)

Guys I won't write about the technical specs coz most people have mentioned about it here. I feel that the product is value for money. Charge time of the unit is high may be more than 12 hours normally, hence use a good 2 ampere output charger and the supplied cable or 28/24 USB cable for charging. This will make a difference in charge time. The product plastic is not the best. Small led light is a handy feature.

Ordered on 13 Nov and got on 14 Nov, really fast delivery by Flipkart.
Power bank is good but from 13000 mah you can use only 65-70% mah bcoz of power conversion. But still it can charge my phone more than 3 times. It have a led light which is not too strong but in emergency something is better than nothing. It took 9 hours to charge from my 5v-1A charger but if you use 5v- 2A charger it can charge in 5-6 hours. Hence it's a worthy product Go for it
