Using this APU with Biostar AM1ML mobo @ 1.5 GHz; pretty decent for HTPC. GPU benchmark result in GRID: Autosport is 27 fps; pretty much playable.

At first I thought at this price this is the best performer ,
I was Wrong !!
For the combined price of the CPU and Mobo , it is more or less the same price as the
Intel J1800 CPU mobo Combo , if you want better performance GO FOR THE INTEL one !!! JUST DO IT !

(and honestly please dont hope for gaming at this price range you should atleast get 4000Rs for cpu/apu for decent gaming)
And last but not least I am so disappointed by AMD , for the price AMD outruns Intel in specs YES , BUT ther...

Recently purchased AMD Sempron 2650 Processor and Gigabyte motherboard with 4GB DDR3 RAM.
Processor delivers very nice performance.
Pros:
1. Best budget Dual core processor..
2. Nice performance at 1.45 GHz and just 25 Watts Max TDP..
3. No problem for multitasking (Photoshop,DVD Burning,Net surfing etc)
4. HD Videos play without any problem.
5. Decent gaming.
Cons:
None so far !

Very efficient Budget Processor. It can run many old games with low requirements as COD 2, COD 3, Hitman Silent Assassin in medium low graphics mod.
Daily works like word processing, spredsheets, PPT and web surfing are going well.
I use it with a HDMI mother board of ASUS and Connect it as Monitor with my 50 inch LED via HDMI. working good.
Most effective it is using very low power.

Superb processor in this range... This is my first AMD Processor and working perfectly. I recommended to everyone...

it works @1.45 GHz only, the slowest in the AM1 chipset
I was wondering why my pc is slow.....
Then in the performance index, I found that Processor's calculations per second is the ultimate problem with ECS-KAM1-i Motherboard.

If have money go for AMD Athlon 5350, works at 2.05 GHz, or
AMD Athlon 5150 working at 1.6GHz.

Pros -
1. Economy
2. Electricity Saver

Cons -
1. Too Slow with multi tasking
2. Many games are not working
3. Sempron series can be compared with Intel Celeron only
