product is good but Handle has some issue

Luggage is good in size but material and zip line was not as expected

Item arrived today and to my dismay it seems to have been already used before as the inner lining faric of the trolley shows marks of wear and tears. Looks like they are selling used trolleys. I paid 5999 for this product... i could have easily bought 2 brand new safari trolleys of the same size with the price but unfortunately i was attracted to the american tourister brand. Overall all m very disappointed with the product and this is my worst shopping exprience with flipkart.
