A:Yes it work with any led tv having USB port in it. It gets on and off when anyone switches the TV on and off. U can change the colours as per ur mood while the TV is on ON mode.

A:stick the led on the back of the tv . cut and connect using connectors provided. connect the led to your tv's usb port for power. use remote to change color and patterns.
