writing this review after using it for more than two week

Pros:
built quality is really good,its metal case.
backup that iam getting is around 5 hours.
Customer service is awesome, the team is very helpful and responsive.
the battery level indicator is helpful and helps us to understnad the remaining charge.

Cons:
didn't find anything yet, though its on expensive side but its worth the money.

Battery back up is excellent run 5 hrs in 12v router

I had few questions before I wanted to buy the router ups and the team politely answered all my questions which made it easy to take the decision to buy the product. I ordered the product and I got what I was explained, I got close to 4 hours backup, happy with the product and service.

Please don't buy this product, This is a very bad product and it says that it will hold a charge for 8 hours or 10 hours. It does not even hold a charge for 2 hours.
I canceled it.
Not suitable for Airtel Air fiber.
You can choose other products
