Mixing AMSOIL diesel oils with other oils, however, will shorten the oil’s life expectancy and reduce the performance benefits. AMSOIL does not support extended drain intervals where oils have been mixed.

    A:Yes..can also be used for the petrol engine. However, there is a 5w/30 signature series for the petrol engine. What a difference it makes. Signature series is the best engine oil in the World..Period!
