What will you do if the most valuable thing to you has been taken away? In the world of Angry Birds you just gather your closest friends and wage a war against the enemy responsible for the event. Trying to destroy every pig on the planet, Angry Birds features birds of different power and potential as they embark on an epic quest to rescue their precious eggs from the enemy’s evil clutches.

The game is targeted towards casual gamers who like playing simple puzzle based games. The strategy puzzle video game includes over 300 levels of Angry Birds action. The game DVD is available for PC and can be played by everyone at home as it comes with an Everyone rating from ESRB. 

Synopsis and Features

The cunning pigs have stolen the most precious thing to the birds – their eggs. This has made the birds angry, very angry. Trying to dish out revenge on the heinous deed committed by the pigs, the birds have formed an alliance and are willing to do anything to take down the enemy. Using the different powers available, you will be helping the Angry Birds in getting their eggs back. Break through glass walls and engage in physics-based gameplay as you demolish castles and crack the whip on the evil pigs.

Developed and published by Rovio Entertainment, Angry Birds became an instant phenomenon across the world as soon as it was released. The essential hardware required to play the game smoothly on your computer are Windows XP, a 2.0 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP 2500+ processor, 512 MB of free hard disk space and 512 MB RAM.

The single-player mode in the game has a simple gameplay mechanic. Assuming the required height and length, you pull back a catapult to fling a bird into the pig's castle. Different birds have different damage power. Based on the damage, you can destroy the castles and kill the pigs to advance through the levels.

The game has immense replay value as you can improve your scores with every attempt. The levels are fun to play and get tougher as you progress. Simply throwing the bird at the pigs will just yield you a loss. You have to sit back and strategize  at which height you will fling the bird that will make it land on the pigs, helping you to destroy the enemy’s castle.

There are several birds available in the game. These include the red bird that acts as a boulder, the blue bird that separates into 3, the black bird that explodes on impact, the white bird that drops explosive eggs and many others. Pigs vary in sizes; the bigger they are, the tougher it is to kill them.
