Why is there a shipping charge for this item?

Sellers with Flipkart Assured waive off the delivery charge for Orders over Rs 500. For Orders under Rs 500, a nominal delivery charge is added per item.

Sellers without Flipkart Assured may or may not add a delivery charge to your Order. This is subject to Seller discretion.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

      • The Seller offering the product
      • Product's availability with the Seller
      • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and the Seller's location

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners observe a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location.

Please enter your default pin code on the product page to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your last used shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

      • Whether the Seller actually ships to your location
      • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
      • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

    Jingle of pretty anklets

The anklets that women usually wear have tiny bells that have a musical ring. It is pleasing and pretty. Subhashini's poems are like that as well. They are micro-poems that use 140 or less words to put a feeling across. The limit of 140 words is hard. But reading these poems you would think it was a cakewalk.

The poems are effortless and effective. There are poems on nature, love, relationships.

A must pick up for lovers of lovely poems

    Subtle yet sublime

Subhashini's micro poetry takes your breath away. Who thought a few beautiful words about a few beautiful things could grip your heart so tight. The poems may be micro, but the emotions they stir are inexplicable. I read the poems, and read them again.

    A beautiful garland of poems

A lay person ignores nature, animals, birds and insects. They are not attention-worthy. But they go together and speak to Subhashini [Neelavanam]. And she gets her poems.

I usually read and try to grasp stuff from the written words. A dry process indeed. When I start reading a poem from this book, however, a visual image automatically pops up in the mind. Words are replaced by pictures of rain, flowers, birds, clouds etc. Will I get to hear the sounds and smell the petrichor if I read the ...

    Micro Poems, Macro Messages

The greatness of an artist, especially a writer, lies in conveying the most complex of thoughts/ideas in the simplest of words. Subhashini does just that. That too very effortlessly. Her writing is simple, short and sweet. Just the way I like it. (In fact, her poetry, in my opinion, is on par with that of the famous Tamil poet Tabu Shankar.) It hardly takes a minute or two to read one of the poems in the book, but it'd certainly take you longer to ponder over and comprehend the depth of the m...

Starts with Rain, it moves with great imaginary and she presents beautiful nature to the readers. Vivid yet simple writing extract the beauty out of nature, love, life and death. There is also longing, pain sadness in some of the poems.

From the heart of a melancholy poet!

Subhashini puts together some brilliant lines (and even better ideas) about life, death, love, sacrifice and strength in this moving collection of micro poems. Her imaginative yet simple writing moves the reader along with her themes. When she writes of rain, there is a tangible feeling of rain one can feel from her poetry.

There is sadness, pain and longing in some of her poems - the ones where she mentions her father or her grandmother is exceptionally sorrowful. It invariably reminds you ...
