✅ Covered (Free Repair/Replacement):
Movement: Internal technical defects (watch stopping, losing/gaining time).
Manufacturing: Loose dial markers, hands falling off, or glass rattling.
Battery: One-time replacement if the battery dies within the first 6 months.
❌ Not Covered (Customer Responsibility):
Physical Damage: Cracked glass, dented case, or broken straps from drops/impact.
Wear & Tear: Scratches on the belt/body or fading of plating due to sweat/perfume.
Water Damage: Issues caused by exceeding the "ATM" limit or keeping the crown open.
Unauthorized Repair: Warranty is void if the watch is opened by a local mechanic.
