Too Boring.......
Anson may be authoritative over the Law of Contract but its too cumbersome as far as language of book is concerned.I went through the whole book and read it thoroughly.One of the advantage of reading this book is that you don't miss single concept on Contract.However I founded Cheshire, Fifoot and Furmston's Law of Contract much more beautifully written,well drafted and helps you to appreciate philosophy of Contract more beautifully and precisely.It capture your senses.However these are my pe...
There is no dispute that Indian Courts very often refer for English principles on Contract Law. This book gives a clear idea of different english principles on the topic. Then Ours Contract Act differs from it in many ways. So may not be a complete guide in India.
