1) build quality: it is great and rigid and can handle rough usage. Believe me I use the products rough
2) sound quality: the bass of these earphones are really very very very very great like awesome. But the highs and lows and mids are handled very badly, it hurts your ears while listening.
Finally I think they are better the boat earphones when bass is considered. But the overall sound quality...

Delightful
The sound? the lesser said the better. I have used SoundMagic and Smile Jamaica. I know the sweet melodies and beautiful bass. This is just bass and that is also tuned. You will never feel the true beauty of instrumental sounds, vocals etc in this. But if you are a basshead you will probably enjoy this. Btw, I use Poweramp, even that couldn't save the sound. I am very disappointed with the reviews that I believed and chose this one.
