When the guardians of the law join hands with criminals and corrupt politicians, who will render justice? Jai Singh (Jackie Shroff), studying for the IPS, witnesses the murder of the crusading journalist, Adesh Verma (AlokNath). Jai Singh is engaged to Seema (Neelam) and Adesh Verma is her father. And when Jai Singh himself is charged with the murder of Verma, the wheel of injustice has turned full circle. There is no way out. Or is there? Jai Singh will not allow that to happen. He wants to become a police officer. And he will render final justice', whatever the cost may be. He owes it to his people, the people of his country.
