Free radicals are produced with in our immune system and these are generally attacked on normal healthy cells of our body and it will lose its cell structure and function. Most of the cells that are damaged through free radicals and is considered to be one of the major contributor with respect to aging and degenerative diseases. In this book, we mentioned some medicinal plant products and used as antioxidants which inhibits free radicals population.
