Very good product. Installation and accessories not included with this product. Paid of 400/- installation and 400/- pipes. If you want a buy AO Smith water heater with free installation then choose another product except this.

Product is good but they don't give free installation with this model. AO Smith provide free installation on all other model. Unnecessary expense of 400 Rs. Other than that the flipkart delivery was super fast. Got it delivered within 2 days.

Expected a better product
product is good but it has defect of making burning noise when it is on. we called customer service center and the service person came and said it is due to hard water smntng etc, my friend installed havels geyser in the same floor using same water which working without noise.
please think before buying this product burning noise makes irritation when we on it.

Been using it for past 2 months and simply in love with the overall functioning and performance of this geyser. I bought 2 of these for my 2 washrooms and both are functioning superbly. I bought this for 5279 which is a steal deal.
