Decent product
Delivered product seems to be damaged. There is no way to verify by looking at product image. Installation was horrible, guy was only interested in selling pipes worth of 400. He was also not sure as product is damaged or not. Seems he was installing this model very first time. AO smith call center experience was good. Overall not so good experience.
