    Product is excellent, taken too much time for delivery. Installation: Technicians are irresponsible, they won't lift the phone and without consulting the customer they postpone the installation saying that customer requested for re-appointment. After lot of efforts with help centre the installation was done. Quality of the product is superb but the service is worst, therefore only 3*s

    About the product - The features are very good but actual Product review I'll post here later after 6 months or an year. Features wise below things are praiseworthy.
    1. Design of the purifier is very good. Looks premium.
    2. You get a designer taps to dispense water. I believe this is the best approach. In my earlier purifier - Pureit Ultima RO it had electronic switch/button. It was convenient but has two issues -

    Wonderful

    I received the product in less than 24 hours, and within 24 hours even installation is complete. That is unbelievable. Big shout-out to Flipkart, who I had always thought had higher delivery times compared to rest of the e-retailers.

    All my interactions with AO personnel showed that they were very professional. One single call, and the rest of the events - co-ordination, installation, demo - happened smoothly without me having to follow-up it make additional calls. Bigger shout-out to AO...
