Pros
Excellent IPS display at this price range
Has DisplayPort and two HDMI ports. I've not found any other comparable monitor with DisplayPort connectivity
Comes with an HDMI cable, majority of monitors only ship with a VGA cable
Supports MHL, so you can connect your phone for big screen experience

Cons
The stand is a bit wobbly. Cheaper monitors from other well known brands have solid stands. However it shouldn't be a problem once you've set your tilt and leave it alone.
