Good, sturdy chair.
Some gray color came off from back side due plastic wrap, due to which one star less. Not returning, as cannot wait for another one.

Good quality product
The built quality is good and cushioning and net mesh is great with the lumber support at the right spot. The Head rest doesn't look that comfy and mine comes off often and I had to glue it. Without the headrest it's a perfect WFH material.
