Quality of the material is not good. Specially the wheel base. The plastic used there is of low quality. Not sure how long the chair will last. The worst thing is you can't return the product and get a refund because of their policy. All you get is the replacement which will be of no use.

The alignment of the backrest is bad which is causing back pain as it is aligned more than 100 degrees. It's a sheer waste of money.
