Terrible product

Pathetic product ... the headrest behind is so annoying and the height of the whole backrest is short so that the headrest comes the place where your neck is.

The side lever is useless. It serves no purpose at all. Too overpriced for the quality of the chair. The metal is cheap. Cloth below is stapled and not even stiched!!

Extremely disappointed with the purchase and will return it immediately.

Don't waste your money

Do not buy this product. Neck part of this chair isn't comfortable and metal quality is also poor. When I tried to return this product, there is no way to get another product or money back. Its just a replacement policy, would get same item again. Hence of no use, have to use it as it is.

Nice

after using it for 3-4 months, durability issues were reported. I don't think so that it's worth buying. although cost of the product lesser than the standard chairs in the market.
