Awesome product

Good

It was working fine till now(About a year). But has suddenly stopped working a few days back. The display does not turn on at all . We took it to a Apple service centre in Kochi,but they are only interested in a replacement (which will cost me the exact same amount as the price). This is totally unexpected from an Apple product. We pay a premium to be sure the product is world class, but as it turns out -it isn't.

The earphone I always observed was provided whether its tablet or mobile but Apple didnt give earphone while selling 45K tablet. really shame

Product is really good I do not comment on that after all it's iPad where I do not see any problem to point out..my main problem is flipkart which is not providing great service in my hometown. Flipkart is very careless about packaging and delivery of product, they do not update product delivery status regularly and also do not call or message where product is delivered and also I do not get product out for delivery message and which day they provide delivery of product. They are so careless ...
