I was never an apple fanboy untill I met the sexiest Ipad mini... its really awesome.. smooth os, battery backup of like 12 hours even playing games, wifi turned on all day long , continuous internet usageand dowloading... android can never beat apple.. now i came to know why you pay more for apple.. like in android there heating in every phone but in ipad every game is optimized according to it and the best thing is it never heats up ... just try it out u will never regret..

I am not an apple fan, i got an ipad mini as a gift from my father. So i am using it since 2 months. The device was purchased from flipkart so i thought about writing a review for it.
The device is really slim and fits best in your hands, it is really fast with ios 6 and switching between apps is easier compared to android. It is faster than my google nexus 7. Games run really smooth, ipad is beast in gaming! . The only problems i notice is the 512mb ram which is a problem for games like 'sur...

Hello all, let me share with you people my experience using an ipad mini with some ratings. I had a Spice stellar before and have also tried Ipad 2,3 and 4. all below mentioned ratings are for the ipad mini with 10 being the maximum:

Display 8.5 : having used a spice stellar pad before, the display is very good, may not be as good as ipad 4 though.

Design 9 : It makes the ipad 4 look massive and outdated in the design department, seriously, why the original ipad design in the latest ipad? ...

Absolutely an amazing and off the hook tablet. I am a die hard apple fan and i still use the samsung galaxy s3. Quite frankly, there are millions of reasons why you must pay the 30 grand and buy this iPad mini over some lame android tablet.
iPad mini has same technical specs as Nexus but having used it, i feel the processors for mini is going on miles and miles ahead of nexus.
The closest next is kindle fire HD, but the clear idea of its reading utilized UI throws it off the league with mini ...

I bought Ipad mini yesterday after lot of deliberation. I was really disappointed by the price of Nexus 7 in India, it is double of what they are selling in US. While Ipad mini is Rs. 3.5k to 4k more in Indian market.

Specs wise even though Nexus 7 is better on paper, the screen quality, display and user experience of Ipad Mini is unbeatable. I was looking for a tablet with good display especially for reading books, surfing net. Ipad Mini fits the bill.

Ipad mini is simply amazing and if you are planning to buy a tablet, better go for it.
I have been using ipod touch 4th for quite sometime and now i got the ipad mini thru flipkart.
Usually developers say, android tablets may be customized and apple ecosystem does not allow you to do, but the android customization will be done only after rooting the phone to get access to the kernel....(which voids the warranty)...So no regrets to buy ipad mini.....
