iphone is good but not the best
iphone 4 comes with an extremely good camera that can even run dslr lens
i know apple has put restrictions on its product but that does not mean apple doesnt have bluetooth it is just that it only pairs with another ios running device it is just like nokia lumia

Camera quality
Apple is best in providing a quality product. And please don't compare a XOLO with Apple. Do you know that there are several qualities of processor, a single core processor of high quality can perform better than quad cores.
I have also used XOLO Q1000, HTC Desire 500 and many more droids, but nothing can be compared to apple.
Planning to get my hands on iPhone 5S soon.

Decent phone with 21k budget
User experience is far too good than any other android phones at this price.
IOS 7 is not recommended for IPhone 4. It hangs a lot.
It comes with IOS6 from the manufacturer and I advice not to upgrade this to IOS7.
If you do not use a lot of apps/games and is happy with a phone with limited apps installed and excellent user experience. This should be your first choice.

Not to compare with any other phone
IPhone 4's single core is better then an Andoid Dual core.
Its apps are the best.
All and all If u want the best u shud not compare it to any other phone.
BUT guys I advice you to wait for IPhone 5C before buying IPhone 4.
It is expected to be in range of 400$, and to be launched on 10/sept/2013.
