After scoring good marks in engineering, my parents bought me an Iphone 4s. This is my first iphone.

The iPhone i received from WS Retail was 100 % genuine with proper bill and was delivered in good packing. I have checked phone's serial no on apple website and it does show up as genuine with full one year warranty.

It's not working properly. Battery gets off in 10 minutes when net is on. Service center said nothing to do from their end.
