i have iPad iPhone n an iMac,n i have tried so many earphones/headphones custom made for idevices (5button control n a mic).i have tried things like Bose Mie2,JAYS ajays four,Klipsh s4i,scullcandy n of course the old factory delivered apple headphones n 4k earphones with noise cancellation..
I checked these earphones with bass heavy tracks of rahman sahab (rehna tu kinds) n treble rich acoustics of taylor swift or adele....

One of the best mid range earphones!!
The first thing you see is the packing of these earphones.. errr.. pods... which is just adorable.
Now coming to the performance a few things that need to be pointed out are:
1. Comfort: Gone are the days when you had to thrust the earphones in you ears to get good sound. Those rubbery things which were painful and never seemed to adjust Enter APPLE Earpods these little babies will fit into your ear...

Genuine and Top notch
Sound quality is crisp and decent.
I bought it for my Macbook Pro, it supports only earpod's microphone, so if you use Skype/Hangout quite often, you should go for this one.
It works on Android phone as well, but sadly the microphone doesn't works on my Nexus 4.

This is a very good counterfeit
1. The box was not closed when I opened the external package.
2. The box in which the earpod was coiled to was a inferior plastic, which had markings of the wire that was coiled on it.

WS Retail awesome service but this item is not as much pleasant to ears.
Advantage:
1. Crystal clear sound with stereo effects. Sound is loud as well. No issue.
2. It has remote and mic you can adjust the volume or pause the song, but you cannot select next or rewind etc.
3. The case is also fine it protects it from damages that happens some time in our pocket or something.
