2) As per their website and product catalog, even if installation is done by the buyer, warranty is still valid. Rating 5/5
3) The service and maintenance costs appear to be cheaper than mega branded products. Rating 5/5

Now I am giving 2 stars hence I am started to use this from past 2 days. After 3 to 6 months of usage, I can share more input.

But, for now
Delivery: Delivered before expected date (Expected dat Oct 18, 2019 and delivered by Oct 14th only). So 5 star.
Installation: Very next day sheduled for Installtion (But, I did it after 1 week due to personal issues). So 5 star.
Water purifying quality: we are using borewell water and TDS level is 585. But this purifier is reduced to less than 80. Water ...

I had a search for almost two weeks post then I have decided to go for this product. We are completely satisfied and this is incredibly awesome 👌 👏.
