All in all the book is awesome.Colfer copies the real emotions onto paper and keeps them as effective as ever.Sadness and happiness were provoked at the right time.Though I wished...You know what? Never mind.I would become a Plot Spoiler.So I would highly recommend that once you had finished the other 7 books you should immediately order this one.

I'm a die-hard fan of the Artemis Fowl series. Eoin Colfer, the author, has done an awesome job with all his books in this series, minus one or two. Artemis is one of the best characters I've ever had the privilege to read about.
'The Last Guardian' has plenty of cool action and some new character twists. You'll see Artemis playing the good guy, and that's a little bit of a disappointment because he's great when he's a criminal mastermind.

What a book! Eoin Colfer has done it again. he has made the readers dazzle and wonder about the brilliance of him. A Fitting end to a SUPER AWESOME SERIES. Artemis Fowl again ..like the one he was in the first book "Juvenile mastermind/criminal". The story revolves around the power-crazed pixie Opal and Berserkers in the Fowl Manor. I am a huge Artemis Fowl fan and I loved this book despite Koboi being brought back again.its very good. A must buy for AF fans. It is very good but the ending, unfortunately, is not as good as I expected.

This book is probably one of the best ending books ever.

Opal v.s. Artemis is something what many looked forward to. Even though the cover art is crappy, and Arty never holds a sword in his hand, the book is still awesome!

Of course, this book might bring tears to a few (I'm not gonna say why), but most importantly, Arty is a good guy!
Yes, you read that right. He is now a good guy. Which sucks, because he was awesome when he was a criminal.
Nevertheless, this book is still epic.

I've been an Artemis Fowl fan since my first book in the 8th grade, and it has been a fantastic journey growing up with (read growing older than due to his numerous time-travelling escapades)the child genius, and i thoroughly enjoyed the rounding off of this tale with this hero proving to be one.
Holly, Butler, Foaly and everyone else aboard the crazy train come home, and you smile and sigh as you close the book. Enjoyable.
