    well the device is great. though I dislike the recorded voice of an Asian female, not that I'm trying to be a racist but it's hard to understand her accent. bcz if she were to deliver an error msg, it would be incomprehensible.
    also, the supporting clip of left side broke without any rhyme or reason, now the clip is stuck in the left ear panel and it's hanging with a cable. I don't use them that often except for the time I'm traveling each way for an hour.
