Tasty shot of creatine. I am using since 3 months now tried the one kiwi flavour from this brand and turned out to be amazing. You need to get a loading dose for first week get 3-4 servings throughout the day after that switch to single serving per day. Effect will only be seen after 2-3 weeks of regular use.
