Does the job
Expected more results from this product. Lost 3kg in 1 month with stringent diet and regular heavy weight workout along with cardio and abs training. So it did not work like a charm for me. I also used to have black coffee pre workout and green tea once a day. After all this, 3 kg is too less. Junk food completely eliminated from diet except on Saturday. Will update review after one more month of consumption and more stricter diet
