Just okay
Two main and important problem. Scoop size is not 2.5 grams, its 5 grams and its impossible to guess exact 2.5 grams unless u have a good weight machine. Another thing is jar is much more friendly than pouch, and less amount of wastage in jar rather than the pouch.
About the effectiveness can say after few days of usage just starting to use the product and energy level and pump is satisfying.
