1-good quality whey did not have any bloating or cramps with water or milk.
2- easily to digest & mixable no lumps.
3- taste is blunt like milk powder so dont expect fancy taste as its unflavoured.
4- will produce foam in shaker but its normal nothing to worry as its airation process.

Value for money product especially for college students and beginners and for those having tight budget.Mixability is good in water. When taken with milk mixability is poor due to lumps . Taste or odour is like a milk powder . Results are good if you follow proper protein diet (egg whites ,milk ,paneer,chicken etc.)along with this supplement.
