This product rocks. I was a bit confused about choosing it in the first few weeks because it showed no signs of gains. But after almost consuming it I had grown a lot better. I gained 4 kg of weight and reduced much amount of fats. It had a huge contribution in my diet. Taste is very bad. Consume it with milk it will be better don't ever go for water if you don't want to vomit. Maintain your diet and gym, and you will get the result.

flipkart delivery is fast like bullet train within 2 days they delivered . product is genuine very well packed and good sealed .so the product is original and one scoop gives 24 gram of protien . now I will start taking this and again write a review after one month and tell you the signifanct changes that I observed with this product .
