After using it 3 months :
• Mixability is not very good...
• Since all protein shakes taste like hell either they flavoured or unflavoured so it is....🤢🤢

Read it carefully Guys..
Its a good protein which can give you nice pump and muscularity. But i have been using muscle blaze and Big muscle from longtime and this is the first time i used AS IT IS and everything is going correct but one day i was having my abs workout and then suddenly i feel a pain on my right Abdomen side , i thought it might be due to ABS workout and than after 1 hour I left the gym .
