Highly recommended
Well this is my review after its usage of two weeks. Overall it's a decent protein, and you will definitely see a change in yourself if you use it regularly but if you leave it you will be back to your normal state. You definitely feel energetic after its usage of one week. But no use if you leave this protein . So I would recommend that if you gonna make use of this make it regular use everyday without skipping even once.
Its quite good protein powder. I would rate it 8.5/10.
