Pros:
Comfortable
Good back support
Adjustable hand rest.

Cons:
Foot rests quality is very poor.

Suggestion :
Better go with no foot rest version of the chair save some money.

In my case the alignment of two arm rest is not equal to both sides.

Could be way better

The product is good but not so comfortable. Arm rest is short in height. Lumbar support is not adjustable.Balancing is bad. You can experience movement in the chair joint on the wheelbase . Otherwise the product is good and you can get used to it in some time. It adds an aesthetic look to your pc set up.

Handle height should be increase slightly. Lumber cushion setting is not appropriate can't set in back.
Stitches are not furnished properly.

Good quality product

This chair is so good in this price range... Installation is easy, comfort is good, design and style is good... Footrest quality is also good but the stand quality is bad that's why giving it 4 stars. I will definitely recommend this chair to others

Very poor

Cheap Quality for Footrest, also it took me 2-3 hours to install this chair because the parts, especially wheels are not able to fix to the chair because they were too tight and hard to install. After installing it also didn't feel like a good one, especially that footrest is a Gimmick..
