Pretty good
Donot compare ot with anchor or havells regulator becoz those are capacitor based(best).
It is a triac based dimmer which solves the purpose but due to phase difference a lot of humming sound from fan particularly at lower speed.
It is less efficient than capacitive but more efficient than nasty Resistive cil based regulators...
Enough .. go for it bcoz it is cheap..

Delightful
It's a good regulator and works fine however there is noise from fan when the voltage is reduced on full it's no problem. I don't want to give 1 start because at this price point it's awesome. If you don't want any noise then go for costly ones
