It has a break in period--It will get more comfortable after a few runs.
Important note-- Kayano is for those runners who overpronate(roll inwards),so if you are a neutral runner go for Asics Gel Nimbus 19/18.

Actually I had ordered for a orange colour but instead got a flame orange,
On the app there are 2 different colours and clearly seen if you see,
Inspite of ordering for a orange you get a flame orange which is really not good and not customer satisfying.
Pls take a note of it.
