I suffer from plantar fasciitis and the cushioning in the shoes doesn't help my feet. Other than that pretty normal running shoes. If you are running on trail I think they will hold pretty well. I run on road so doesn't make much of a difference. I think there are better options out there. Sizing was as expected

Good , fits my feet well. Grip, material is also nice. This pair of shoes is recommended for narrow feet.

Not enough cushioning for a running shoe. It's ok for walking but definitely not a running shoes. My heel as well as the sheen bone pains everytime i run with this pair. Had lot of expectations but definitely not satisfied. Hefty price for a not so good pair.
