Asli Naqli is an action - packed love drama. Seth Laxminarayan is kind-hearted wealthy man who lives only for the good of others. He has two wives. Saraswati and Seema. He has a son from Sarswati and a daughter from Seema. In contrast, Laxminarayan's manager Durjan Singh's solo aim is to usurp Seth's entire property. Durjan Singh wants his son to marry Anita, Seema detests the idea. Onde day when Anita is about to tie the knot to Durjan's son a stranger named Vijay comes and claims that he has already been married to Anita. Anita announces that what Vijay has said is true.
