When it comes to DDR2 And DDR3 combo motherboards one does not have much choice ( Gigabyte G41M - Combo being the other MoBo). This is however the last of market available DDR2 and DDR3 Motherboards with LGA 775 Socket. Asrock is a very good MoBo manufacturer, known for their overclocking, military class MoBo. This particular MoBo may not speak much in terms of specs but for an non -gaming user this is one of the best and cheapest option now.

There is no issue to cut ratting at this price range.
Motherboard with graphics+ 2 slot for DDR2 and DDR3 (total=4)
There is no problem till now.
I am using this motherboard with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.80Ghz + 2GB DDR2 RAM.
Now, Processor rating is 6.3. That is ok.

Bought this MB based on 4 memory slots for DDR3, upon arrival it was clear that specifications mentioned in website was wrong. Had asked for Return/Refund , they gave a complaint number and modified a portion of the specs.. furthermore the second time i placed a call the CCE mentioned that the product is as per specs.(lol)...
