I had so much research before buying this product. Finally I chose this one against Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe. At this price it stands apart from the competitors because of following,

This is the best motherboard for the Overclockers.
Highly recommend to all gamers and Overclockers for Sandy and Ivy bridge.
I'd recommend to go for Sandy bridge as it is more stable and Ivy bridge is getting heated during overclocking.

pros: Excellent performance, lots of useful features, excellent overclocking performance and all getting for an affordable price.
Very easy to use bios interface.

cons: didn't work out of the box, had to update the bios.
It's not a standard atx size(30.5 cm x 24.4 cm). The board size is 30.5 cm x 21.8 cm.

Note: highly recommended to update the bios, to the latest version(1.80 when i updated the bios), to avoid the common problems. On the safer side...

After a lot of waiting, i finally got to order this motherboard the moment it was stocked!(in the middle of the night ;) ).
